About the scent

The box can be requested in two special scent variations, making the gift perfectly customizable:

Peony (white and pink colors)

A fresh, floral, and feminine scent with soft powdery and musky notes – creating an elegant, romantic atmosphere with the pleasant scent of peony.

Lavender (white and purple colors)

A soothing, harmonious scent where the freshness of lavender appears in a softer, more elegant form. It is not the classic, powerful herbal scent, but a sophisticated, modern version that delicately fills the space.

IMPORTANT

Never light the candle while it is inside the box, as it contains dried flowers that could catch fire!

Step: Pull the candle/wax melt out of the box
Step: Remove the candle/wax melt from the stick (if it doesn't come off, you can simply break it off)
Step: Place the candle on a heat-resistant dish and only then light it, but always trim the wick to 0.5 cm beforehand
Step: Place the wax melt into the warmer without adding liquid and enjoy as the scent fills the room

Thanks to their clean, natural ingredients, Candlez candles can safely create a warm home atmosphere – even around children and pets.

During the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges (this avoids tunneling).

Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time.

Before every relighting, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm. (Shorter for sculptural candles.)

Never leave unattended!

Important: dessert candles are for decorative purposes only; they are not edible!

Frosting is a characteristic of 100% natural soy wax. It is not a defect, but a natural phenomenon of a pure, plant-based composition. You may see this on a jar candle, but it is proof that your candles are made from genuine, premium-quality ingredients – exactly as I envisioned in the Candlez workshop.

Our candles are made from natural, plant-based (soy, coconut) wax. For certain decorative collections, we also use gel wax to achieve a unique look. The wood and cotton wicks further enhance our eco-friendly approach.

The scent of our candles is pleasantly intense, not overpowering. We have designed them to gently fill the space while maintaining an elegant, refined olfactory experience.

All our products are handmade, so the processing time is generally 1-4 business days.
After that, shipping takes an additional approx. 1-2 business days, so you can expect your package within 2-6 business days.

If you have an urgent order, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you as much as possible.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you find a solution.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used, is undamaged and in its original condition, and was not made to order. Before returning the item, please contact us at hello@candlez.hu so we can arrange the details. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we sent a defective product.
