The history of Candlez
Candlez began with a simple realization: I couldn't find any candles on store shelves that had truly unique, exciting scents.
I wanted fragrances that didn't evoke the usual aromas found everywhere, but instead create an atmosphere, awaken memories, and bring something special to the home. That is how I started experimenting and creating my own world of scents.
From those initial attempts, a Hungarian brand, run with love and striving for premium quality, has now been born.
We believe that the coziness of a home lies in the details, which is why we hand-pour every one of our candles using carefully selected ingredients.
Our goal is to create timeless, decorative, and natural-feeling candles that are not only beautiful but can also transform an entire atmosphere with their unique scents.

Yes! We use vegan materials and ingredients not tested on animals for our candles.
The first time you light the candle, let it burn until the wax melts across the entire surface. This helps the candle burn evenly later on and prevents the formation of a wax tunnel.
In short: yes, but the most common cause is a wick that is too long or a drafty environment. To ensure a clean burn, always trim the wick to about 0.5 cm and avoid drafty areas. You can further improve the burn by burning it for 2-4 hours at a time; this increases the candle's lifespan.

All of our products are handmade, so our processing time is generally 1-4 business days.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you find a solution.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used, is undamaged, is in its original condition, and was not made to individual specifications. Please contact us at hello@candlez.hu before returning the item so we can coordinate the details. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless we sent a defective product.
Yes. We select our candle vessels so that they retain their value even after use.
Once the wax is gone, the vessel can be reused after thorough cleaning, for example as a container, a decorative item, or for organization.
