🤍 Using container candles

🔥 The first burn is the most important

• Let it burn for at least 2–3 hours
• Wait until the entire surface of the wax melts
• This helps you avoid tunneling

The first burn determines the entire lifespan of the candle.

✂️ Before every lighting

• Trim the wick to about 5 mm
• Remove the charred part
• Make sure no debris remains on the wax surface

A wick that is too long can cause smoking and soot formation.

🕯️ While burning

• Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time
• Place away from drafts
• Use on a heat-resistant, stable surface
• Do not move while the wax is liquid

⚠️ Important safety information

• Never leave unattended
• Keep away from children and pets
• Do not place near flammable objects
• When there is about 1 cm of wax left at the bottom, do not relight

🖤 Using pillar and shaped candles

Shaped candles behave differently than container versions – especially due to wax dripping.

🔥 First burn

• Always place on a heat-resistant tray
• Let it burn until the top layer melts evenly
• Do not leave it for more than 2–3 hours at a time

✂️ Wick care

• Trim to about 5 mm before every lighting
• If the flame is too large or smoking, extinguish it and adjust

🕯️ During use

• Shaped candles can naturally "drip"
• Do not move while burning
• Using a heat-resistant, appropriately sized tray is mandatory

⚠️ Safety

• Never leave unattended
• Do not place in a drafty area
• Do not touch a burning candle
• When the wick gets too close to the tray, do not relight

✨ Extra tips

Soot on the glass?
The wick is likely too long – trim it shorter.

Tunneling in a container candle?
It can be corrected with the aluminum foil method.

Flame too large?
Extinguish it, trim the wick, then relight.
